BBC News Report on Battling Hospital Infections
 

BBC NEWS reports that according to a UK Company, Oxford Catalysts, instant, superheated steam at a minimum of 121 degrees, C. provides feasibility that may help in the battle against or even banish hospital infections, such as MRSA and all bacteria (and even spores, i.e. Clostridium difficile) from nooks and crannies.

Furthermore, research carried out at University College Hospital London found that dry steam applied at temperatures ranging from 150-180 degrees, C. could destroy bacteria, including antibiotic-resistant, superbugs like MRSA, in less than two seconds.
